My new yoga term will be starting next week! I offer a Wednesday morning class from 10am till 11am and a Thursday evening class from 7pm till 8.30pm in Lusk, Co. Dublin. My classes are suitable for all levels and vary in style from a more traditional Hatha to Vinyasa to Yin. I modify for beginners and offer deeper options for those more advanced students. As we are still restricted by Covid guidelines, the classes will be outdoor when possible and on Zoom when not. The term is 8 weeks....

The last year has brought so many challenges, not least for those who have lost a loved one from Covid or from any other illness.
